Detailed workflow

1. Eligible completed listings and orders contribute fulfillment history.
2. Promised and actual milestones produce delay measurements.
3. Qualified customer reviews contribute communication ratings.
4. Successful funded and fulfilled group buys contribute the success count.
5. The public vendor profile presents the metrics with enough context to avoid false precision.

Rules and permissions

• Metrics use consistent inclusion criteria and should explain limited sample sizes.
• Only eligible purchasers can submit a review where purchase verification is required.
• Vendors cannot directly edit calculated metrics.
• Administrators can moderate abusive reviews but should not manufacture scores.

Failure handling and edge cases

• A vendor with no history displays Not enough data rather than a perfect score.
• Cancelled or failed-MOQ listings must be classified consistently.
• Late estimates should distinguish vendor-reported dates from carrier delays where possible.
