What this feature does
Vendor analytics summarizes catalog, orders, MOQ, revenue, fees, followers, campaigns, and reliability data scoped to the authenticated vendor.
This guide describes the behavior implemented by Mallello, the people allowed to use it, and the operational checks that keep it dependable.
Detailed workflow
- Open Analytics from the vendor dashboard.
- Choose the available period or listing scope.
- Review paid orders, units, gross sales, platform fees, and progress.
- Compare audience and fulfillment signals.
- Use the underlying order and listing screens for operational action.
Rules and permissions
- Analytics is derived from settled application records and may lag provider dashboards.
- External MOQ is shown separately from Mallello revenue.
- Refunded and disputed amounts need explicit presentation.
- One vendor cannot query another vendor's private analytics.
Failure handling and edge cases
- Webhook delay can temporarily understate payments.
- Currency amounts are not combined across currencies without conversion context.
- Empty periods show zero/No data rather than errors.
