What this feature does

Qualified acquisition campaigns can match a vendor's paid advertising input, with the advertised offer capped at up to USD 400 in bonus credit under configured terms.

This guide describes the behavior implemented by Mallello, the people allowed to use it, and the operational checks that keep it dependable.

Detailed workflow

  1. The prospective vendor visits a trackable /campaigns URL.
  2. Mallello records campaign and referral attribution using privacy-conscious identifiers.
  3. The person signs up, verifies, applies, and is approved as a vendor.
  4. The vendor contributes eligible advertising funds.
  5. Mallello grants a matching bonus up to the campaign cap after validation.

Rules and permissions

  • The match is not automatically USD 400: it matches eligible input up to the stated maximum bonus.
  • Campaign eligibility, dates, regions, abuse rules, and redemption conditions apply.
  • Self-referral, duplicate-account, or payment-reversal abuse can void credit.
  • Attribution survives the signup journey without granting authorization.

Failure handling and edge cases

  • Cookie loss or cross-device signup can make automatic attribution incomplete and require evidence-based review.
  • A reversed contribution requires associated bonus adjustment.
  • Campaign copy must not imply cash withdrawal or guaranteed sales.
